Halloween in the Hollow

Sharon took this (blurry) shot of Arianna and her friends. Sleepy Hollow celebrates Halloween this evening with a huge bonfire, a chili cook-off, and a visit from the Headless Horseman.

The girls were invited over for pizza and then planned to walk over to the park to see what they could see.

Arianna took a few photos of the vegetables I picked earlier today. It was a good year. Like 2014 this Summer was without the kind of hot, sunny weather the tomatoes like, but since August we've been able to gather those in too.

It's always a blessing to see what the earth yields this time of year.
